- Responsible to place candidates in the client through C2C model
- Strong negotiation skill is a must
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure dynamic environments
- Good knowledge of various IT technologies and skills
- Required skills include but not limit to great communication skills, sales creativity, positive attitude, team work
and sense of goal accomplishment
- Good relations building skills with tier 1 vendor contacts
- Work Timings at 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (Night Shift)(Weekends off)
