Good knowledge on Remote Desktop functionality and tools.

Take ownership for all Incidents, changes and IMAC.
SPOC of contact for External Customers & Internal Customers.
Eager to learn new technologies.
Good knowledge on Desktop Hardware and Basic Networking (LAN/WAN) Knowledge.
